Bagni San Filippo is easily reachable with the regional road n.2 Cassia, which goes through picturesque places scattered by villages and castles; a faster way is 'the motorway A1. The village is situated just 2 km from n. 2 Cassia Road, near km 162, between S. Quirico d'Orcia in Tuscany and Acquapendente in Lazio.  
 
Only 30 km away is the motorway exit CHIUSI-CHIANCIANO TERME, in the A1 between Rome and Florence . From here go towards Chianciano Terme and Monte Amiata as far as the Cassia Road and Bagni San Filippo. A train can be taken in Florence or Rome to Chiusi Chianciano Terme Station. Then you can take a taxi to Bagni San Filippo.
